We want you to love your IN BED pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on duvets, pillows, or used bedding.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them in their original linen storage bags before securing them in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
